General terms and conditions (as of June 2011)
Please read the following terms and conditions before you take the provided services of GHG SERVICES S.A. (casa de pacifico, also called). All bookings be reserved for people, who have completed the age of 18. This also applies to the use of our website.
With the use or posting of our services, you agree to our terms and conditions fully.
You can save the general terms and conditions, and you can print using the storage or print function of your browser.
The general terms and conditions are binding for both Contracting Parties in German and Spanish. Publications in English and French are primarily for general information.
All to shown the site products and services are limited available. With the appearance of a product or service, casa de pacifico does not guarantee for its availability at any time.
Smoking is prohibited within the holiday homes!
No liability for possible errors can be assumed for the use of television sets, fans and other technical devices. A refund is not possible.
Pets (dogs) are welcome. The fee per dog is to be paid on the spot.
With the booking of a holiday home and or other services the renter shall indemnify casa de pacifico from any liability, claims, losses, damages or costs arising as a result of injury, death or damage to property. All exclusions and limitations of liability apply also for injury of life, body or health.
Casa de pacifico is not responsible for power outages, power cuts and water constraints. The use of electricity and water are not guaranteed. A refund is not possible.
The tenant must undertake to respect the privacy and rights of neighbours and to comply with the rest from 9 pm to 7 pm.
Check-in time is 2 p.m., check-out time is 12 am.
Reservations and bookings can be performed by email, by phone or in person. Service fee and tax are included.
Basically, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked services. All services can be immediately and completely after receiving the booking confirmation to pay.
Casa de pacifico is committed to ensure that the information available on the website, software and other data, in particular as regards prices, restrictions and dates, at the time of publication are current, complete and correct. All on the website of presented travel or other services are limited available.
The information on this website for Passport, visa and health regulations are aimed at travellers with German nationality. Does this not apply to you, please contact with regard to the relevant for you requirements at the Embassy responsible for you.
All services are available to the user only to own non-commercial use available. The services may be not sold by the user or gives or else passed against payment to third parties.
The website and all other services of the provider or casa de pacifico may be used for speculation or false or fraudulent bookings.
Threats, coercion, defamation, as well as the transmission of pornographic, racist or otherwise somehow infringing material are expressly prohibited.
The website and its contents may be user not altered, reproduced, transmitted, sold, published or reproduced in any way. The making of individual copies of the page, however, is allowed for your private, non-commercial use.
